Esteeming one another:

As the members of Gods family, we invest our lives, tithes and offerings for His Kingdom. We esteem one another and respect each other as equal servants of God experiencing Gods grace.
Excellence:
“Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praise worthy – think about such things. Philippians 4:8
We seek excellence as we reflect Jesus in giving our best a quality output in all our responsibilities by using all the available resources that God has made available for the proclamation of His Word
Team Building:
“He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heaven, in order to fill the whole universe. It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers”. Ephesians 4:10,11
The triune God’s functions as a team and it is a biblical mandate. To develop and function as a team, the upside down of pyramid is a symbolic way of serving Him as a leadership team
Local Church:
Now I rejoice in what was suffered for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church”
Col 1:24..“The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many they form one body. So it is with Christ”. 1 Cor 12:12
Mission is a mandate of the Local Church. MVM is not a church but submits herself to the body of Christ i.e. Church as divinely ordained Instrument on earth to glorify God.
Accountability & Transparency:
