Maharashtra Village Ministries (MVM) began in the late 1970s with a few seminary students burdened for rural Maharashtra. Rooted in prayer and the Gospel, it grew into a lifelong mission bringing hope to remote villages.

Vision
To bring the remote villages of Maharashtra into the fold of Christ, through the proclamation of the Gospel by word and deed.
Mission
Planting churches in unreached villages through socio-linguistic surveys, evangelism, faith in Christ, and discipleship across Maharashtra and beyond.
Values
Living by faith, growing through prayer, guided by the Word of God, and serving others with loving sacrifice.
MVM is a registered society and trust (Society Regn. No. Mah/1480/86; Public Trust No. F-1539/87 Yavatmal). It holds FCRA registration and 80G tax exemption for donors and is a member of IMA and EFI.
Origin: MVM was founded in obedience to God’s call by Rev. Dr. D.B. Kulothungan on February 7, 1981.
